I’m Magda Campbell, an ICF ACC coach, business owner, educator, and author.

Before becoming a coach, I worked in communication and public relations, ran my own business, and lectured at university level. I later built an education business and became the founder of an e-learning platform, helping hundreds of students through teaching, course creation, and online learning.

Across all of these roles, one thing has remained constant: I care deeply about growth, learning, and helping people move forward in meaningful ways.

Today, I bring together international business experience, education, and professional coaching to support women with service-based businesses. My coaching style is thoughtful, supportive, and challenging. I create a space where clients can reflect honestly, think clearly, and make decisions that are truly their own.

I believe real growth happens when we stop performing, slow down enough to hear ourselves, and begin moving forward with clarity, courage, and intention.

My Vision

Most women already hold the answers they're looking for. They're just too busy, too close to the problem, or too overwhelmed to hear themselves think.

That's why coaching matters.

My purpose is to create a space where women can think clearly, see their next step, and move forward with courage and trust in their own judgement. Because business growth isn't only about strategy. It's about mindset, clarity, self-leadership, and the ability to make decisions that actually fit the person behind the business.

What drives me is watching that shift: from confusion to clarity, from busyness to meaningful action, from carrying it all alone to having a trusted thinking partner in your corner.

My vision is simple: to help women build businesses that are not just successful, but sustainable, aligned, and true to how they actually want to live.

My coaching process is designed to help you slow down, think clearly, and move forward with greater confidence, focus, and intention.

We begin with a Chemistry Session, where we get to know each other and explore whether working together feels like the right fit. It is a space for an open conversation about where you are, what you need, and what kind of support would serve you best.

From there, we identify what matters most in your business and life right now. Together, we explore where you are, what your goals are, what feels unclear or challenging, and what may be standing in the way of moving forward.

Through thoughtful coaching conversations, I help you reflect, uncover your own answers, and make confident decisions aligned with your goals and values. Together, we turn clarity into focused action, so you can move forward with more structure, momentum, and sustainable growth.

Clarity. Reflection. Goals. Direction. Decisions. Action. Momentum. Sustainable growth.

FUN FACTS ABOUT ME

  1. Two years ago, I convinced a group of friends to do a triathlon with me. I secretly named us the Prosecco Team. Can’t remember why.

  2. I love Parkrun. I have completed nearly 150 Parkruns across 15 different locations, and I am halfway through the Alphabet Challenge, because one more challenge never hurt anyone.

  3. When I was 32, I left my life in Poland behind and bought a one-way ticket to Brisbane, Australia, mainly because Google said it was tropical. 😉

  4. I absolutely love opera, but I never imagined that one day I would teach a Polish libretto to an Australian opera singer who performs at the Sydney Opera House.

  5. I have ticked off two major items from my bucket list: skydiving in Byron Bay and attending a New Year’s Concert in Vienna.

  6. While on maternity leave in Dalby (Dalby! Love forever!) I got a piano and found the only piano teacher in town. I received a smelly sticker after nearly every lesson.

  7. I love Friends, and I fully believe in Unagi. 😉
